1. Acceptance and Changes

Your continued use of WC88 constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform. 2. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a WC88 account, you must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and use the platform only where permitted. You must register personally and must not create an account for another person. Employees, agents, or persons otherwise restricted by WC88 may not participate without written authorisation.

• Only one active WC88 account is permitted per individual unless WC88 gives prior written approval.

• You must not allow a family member, friend, intermediary, or any person under 21 to use your WC88 account.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or used as payment pass-through facilities.

Duplicate or linked accounts may be suspended while WC88 investigates. Where duplication was accidental and no advantage was obtained, WC88 may consolidate or close the additional account. Where duplication was used to claim repeated promotions, evade limits, or conceal activity, associated bonuses, winnings, or transactions may be reviewed and adjusted where reasonably justified.

3. Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your WC88 login credentials confidential. Any activity completed with valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified WC88 of suspected compromise without unreasonable delay. Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity and not for money transfer, currency exchange, or cash-cycling purposes. WC88 may return funds to the original payment source where practical. Third-party deposits may be rejected, reversed, or held for verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

A withdrawal request remains subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, completed wagering requirements, fraud controls, and review of unusual activity. E-wallet and DuitNow requests may be faster than direct bank transfers, but bank maintenance, public holidays, incomplete details, or additional checks may cause delay.

WC88 is not responsible for delays or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, although reasonable assistance may be provided to trace a transaction.

4.3 Errors and Chargebacks

If funds, winnings, or bonuses are credited incorrectly, you must not spend or withdraw the erroneous amount and must notify WC88. Unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised after valid gaming activity may lead to account restriction and recovery of the resulting balance.

5. Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager is accepted only when WC88 records and confirms it. A displayed selection or amount does not constitute an accepted bet until confirmation appears in the account history. You must review the stake, odds, market, team, event, and selection before confirming.

Sports markets may include the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, international football, e-sports, and other events displayed by WC88. Settlement is based on the official result and applicable market rules. Events that are postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or materially changed may be voided or settled according to the product-specific rules shown at the time of wagering.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, random number process, or live table result. Internet latency does not alter a result already recorded on the game server. If the result displayed on your device differs from the server record, the verified server record will normally prevail, subject to a reasonable technical investigation.

WC88 may correct obvious odds, pricing, settlement, display, or system errors. A wager placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided or resettled at the correct market price where permitted. WC88 will not use this clause to cancel a valid wager merely because the result was favourable to the player.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

Promotion-specific conditions form part of this agreement and take priority where they address the same subject more precisely.

• Unless stated otherwise, one promotional benefit is available per eligible player, household, device, payment source, and network.

• Some games may contribute differently or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• Birthday, referral, cashback, and VIP rewards remain subject to account status and verification.

Promotion abuse includes coordinated betting, low-risk hedging intended solely to release a bonus, multiple-account claims, false referrals, or manipulation of qualifying transactions. Where WC88 has reasonable evidence of abuse, it may remove the affected promotional value and associated benefit after review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must use WC88 fairly and lawfully. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using false, stolen, altered, or misleading personal or payment information.
• Opening multiple WC88 accounts to avoid limits or obtain repeated bonuses.
• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, automated play where prohibited, or coordinated exploitation of markets.

8. Responsible Gambling

11. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Review
